Maintaining the housekeeping activities and overseeing the daily administrative operations.

Overseeing cleaning services.

Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and grounds.

Instructing team members on the best practices to maintain the property.

Ensuring coherent availability and utilisation of resources in areas like cleaning and waste disposal.

Hiring external professionals for housekeeping, repairs for the building, equipment or machinery.

Overseeing communication within the facility.

Ensuring the property meets local and industry-specific housekeeping and cleaning guidelines.

Performing regular inspections to ensure the team is functioning efficiently.

Managing contracts for specific and/or various projects for housekeeping and facilities management.

Negotiating annual maintenance contracts and renewing contracts for maintenance.

Maintaining records of the facility, including maintenance bills and payment information.
