Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced House Caretaker to oversee the maintenance and operations of a private residence in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing household tasks efficiently. This role requires someone who values discretion, possesses strong organizational skills, and can maintain the property to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily cleaning and upkeep of the residence, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and tidying rooms.

Perform laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and organizing clothes and linens.

Manage the household inventory, including groceries, cleaning supplies, and other essentials.

Coordinate and oversee external service providers, such as gardeners, maintenance personnel, and contractors.

Ensure security measures are in place and maintain a safe environment within the residence.

Assist with occasional meal preparation or support in organizing events or gatherings at the residence, if required.

Requirements:

Previous experience (X years) in a similar role as a House Caretaker, Housekeeper, or in household management.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in household maintenance, including cleaning techniques and laundry care.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving household issues.

Respect for privacy and confidentiality, with excellent discretion in handling sensitive information.

Ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with other household staff and family members.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.

Additional skills in basic cooking or event planning would be advantageous.
