under this profile, officer will be assigned & stationed in one or few hospitals to drive below actionable’s:

• hospital engagement: engage with hospital & its various departments to build and strengthen

relationship for emi offering, ipd cashless transactions & opd cashless transactions.

• customer engagement: offer walkins customer of the hospitals emi financing or other curated

products and offerings basis customer needs as well as clear customer query’s.

• hospital service & driving key metrics: ensuring timely revert on hospitals query's & regular

reporting of key metrics to the hospitals for driving business.

• product knowledge: maintain a thorough understanding of financial products & services,

including interest rates/insurance terms eligibility criteria etc.

• achieving sales targets: achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
