Monitoring daily workflows, overseeing department performance, and maintaining facility standards to ensure efficient service delivery.

Developing budgets, authorizing expenses, and improving the financial health of the institution.

Hiring, training, and supervising staff, including nurses, technicians, and administrative personnel, as well as handling staff performance and grievances.

PROFILE: ALL HEALTHCARE/MEDICAL INDUSTRY

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE
