About MiMo360

MiMo360 is our new home care service launched on May 7.

It brings technology-led physical and mental therapy directly to patients’ homes. Each session is structured, guided by our platform, and monitored remotely by physiotherapists.

This model combines:

• Home care delivery

• Technology driven therapy

• Remote clinical supervision

Role Overview

As a MiMo360 Home Nurse, you will visit patients at their homes and conduct 30 minute therapy sessions using the MiMo system.

You will assist patients while a remote physiotherapist monitors progress and guides therapy protocols.

You will work across multiple conditions including:

• Neurodegenerative conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s

• Musculoskeletal conditions such as back pain, knee pain, mobility issues

• Neurodevelopmental conditions in children such as autism and ADHD

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care

 Conduct home visits and deliver therapy sessions

 Assist patients during exercises and activities

 Ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence

2. Technology Based Therapy

 Operate the MiMo system during sessions

 Follow therapy protocols provided remotely

 Support real time monitoring and feedback

3. Clinical Responsibility

 Apply core nursing principles in patient care

 Observe and report patient progress

 Maintain hygiene and safety standards

4. Patient and Family Interaction

 Build trust with patients and caregivers

 Communicate clearly and empathetically

 Encourage regular participation and motivation

Eligibility

 Nursing Graduate (GNM, BSc Nursing or equivalent)

 Interest in home nursing

 Own two wheeler is mandatory

 Willing to travel locally

Required Traits

 Responsible and disciplined approach

Compensation

 Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 per month

 Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 per month

 Travel Allowance: ₹100 per day

Total Monthly Earning Potential Approximately ₹26,600 Estimated Annual CTC

Approximately ₹ Lakhs per annum
