1. Experience in handling home loans.

2. To be completely aware of the products being offered by the Banks And Nbfc.

3. To ensure proper customer profiling on each call / customer visit.

4. To build a relationship with the customer so that he/ she is able to cross sell other product offering basis the need of the customer.
