Home Care Assistance involves supporting the elderly in their daily lives while maintaining their dignity and independence. This role requires providing personal care, assisting with mobility for safe sitting and walking, and helping with daily living activities, including hygiene maintenance and patient monitoring.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing personal care to elders, ensuring that their basic needs are met with compassion and respect.

- Assisting in mobility, helping the elderly safely sit and walk, to prevent any accidents or injuries.

- Supporting daily living activities, which may include preparing meals, assisting in dressing, and ensuring overall well-being.

- Maintaining hygiene, contributing to the health and comfort of the individuals you care for.

- Regularly monitoring patients’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to appropriate family members or healthcare providers.

Candidates should possess good communication skills and a caring attitude. Patience and empathy are essential, along with a willingness to learn, as training will be provided.

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, India. The role allows for work from home arrangements, eliminating the need for commuting. A minimum education level of 10th pass is required.
