We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven B2B Healthcare Sales Manager (Mental Health) to expand and manage strategic business partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, and enterprise client management, especially within healthcare, wellness, or allied industries.

You will be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership, from lead generation to closure, while building long-term, value-driven client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities

Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and channel partners

Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing & contracts

Manage complete sales cycle: Lead Meeting Proposal Closure

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Client & Stakeholder Management

Ensure post-sales support, customer satisfaction, and retention

Maintain long-term partnerships through consistent engagement

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines

Market Strategy & Performance

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights

Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives

Track KPIs and continuously optimize sales performance
