Health Care Assistant (Full Time)

key responsibilities:

1. assist healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care: as a health care assistant, you will work under the supervision of nurses or doctors to provide basic care to patients such as helping them with bathing, dressing, and feeding.

2. monitor and record patient vital signs: you will be responsible for taking and recording patients' vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature to help healthcare providers track their progress and make informed decisions.

3. assist with patient mobility: you will help patients move around the facility, including transferring them from beds to wheelchairs, to ensure they are comfortable and prevent bedsores or muscle atrophy.

4. support with medication management: you will assist in administering medications to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring they take the correct dosage at the right time.

5. maintain a clean and organized healthcare environment: it is essential to keep patient rooms and common areas clean and sanitized to prevent the spread of infections and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

required skills and expectations:

- high school diploma or equivalent education is required.

- previous experience in healthcare settings or relevant certifications is preferred.

- strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.

- ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
