Key Responsible Areas:

€¢ To work in various healthcare organizations which includes hospitals, clinics, home healthcare agencies, and specialized wound care centers.

€¢ Generating/Attending new leads from hospital after the surgery.

€¢ Reaching their targets of dressing new and Sales ostomy patients.

€¢ Educate patients and their families about the ostomy procedure, stoma care and pouching systems which are available with us.

€¢ Provide clear instructions on proper hygiene, pouch changes, and skin care around the stoma.

€¢ Understanding the body profile, monitor the fit and functionality of the ostomy pouching system to prevent leaks and discomfort.

€¢ Ensure proper wound healing at the stoma site and provide care as needed.

€¢ Advise patients on dietary choices to maintain regular bowel function and prevent digestive issues and guiding them back to the surgeon if needed.

€¢ Ensure patients understand the diet/food habits can affect their digestive system which will affect the output through stoma.

€¢ Work collaboratively with surgeons, physicians, wound care specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure care is taken.

€¢ Maintain accurate data to collect and fill the consent form before staring any procedure and share the details with the company/reporting manager.
