Head Bartender Fresher

As a Head Waiter, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Leading the Service Team**: Oversee the waitstaff to ensure efficient and friendly service during meal times. You will guide them in their duties and maintain a positive team environment.

- **Managing Guest Orders**: Take orders from customers and relay them accurately to the kitchen. This includes understanding menu items and being able to answer any questions guests may have.

- **Setting Up Tables**: Prepare dining areas before service by setting tables correctly, ensuring everything is clean and properly arranged for guests.

- **Ensuring Customer Satisfaction**: Attend to guest needs during their dining experience, addressing any issues or complaints promptly to ensure they enjoy their time with us.

- **Assisting with Training**: Help new staff learn their duties, providing guidance on service techniques and restaurant protocols.

To succeed in this role, you should have good communication skills and a friendly demeanor as you'll interact with guests daily. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, though not necessary. You should be able to work well in a team and manage tasks efficiently. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is also important. The job requires a valid identification confirming a male gender.
