Head Waiter - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated Head Waiter to join our team in Ujjain. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role and at least a 10th-grade education. This is a full-time position working on-site.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Oversee Waitstaff:** Manage and train the waiting staff to ensure exceptional service, guiding them on proper etiquette and customer interactions.

- **Coordinate Table Service:** Ensure that all tables are set and maintained, and that food and drinks are served promptly and accurately to enhance the dining experience.

- **Customer Interaction:** Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and address any concerns to ensure their satisfaction throughout their meal.

- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Ensure the dining area is clean and organized, checking that tables, utensils, and menus are in good condition.

- **Handle Payments:** Accurately process customer payments and communicate any special requests or needs to the kitchen and other staff members.
