Job Requirements:

Expertise and Experience:

Proficiency in various hand embroidery techniques, such as cross-stitch, satin stitch, crewelwork, and goldwork.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in hand embroidery, preferably in a professional or artisanal setting.

Exceptional attention to detail and precision in executing intricate embroidery designs.

Familiarity with different types of fabrics, threads, and embellishments used in hand embroidery.

Knowledge of color theory and the ability to select appropriate color combinations for embroidery projects.

Understanding of traditional and contemporary embroidery styles and the ability to adapt to different design requirements.

Technical Skills:

Ability to use a wide range of embroidery tools, including needles, hoops, scissors, and embroidery frames.

Proficiency in stitching techniques, such as outlining, shading, filling, and blending.
