job details :- ist/ hairstylist company description: bblunt is india's premier hairdressing brand. bblunt has five key pillars to the business: 1. company owned salons 2. shoot crew (focusing on shoot work across movies, publications and tv) 3. academies 4. franchise salon network 5. product range role responsibilities: - welcoming customers and identify their preferences. - timely confirmations & work reports to be given to reporting manager. - retaining customers by maintaining customer loyalty & remembering their preferences. - maintaining personal hygiene & keeping work station (salon) tidy. - building our/ your client base and converting business from new client to requests and making sure clients are aware of all other services available in the salon. - build your retail totals. - assisting the bblunt team in and out of the salon, on shoots, seminars, academy, shows, whenever required. - be available to help at reception when needed. - assist seniors in stock control/ stock management. experience: 3-6+ yrs
