Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate must have 2 to 8 years of experience in hairstyling. A minimum education of 10th grade is required. Strong communication skills are essential for understanding client needs and providing recommendations. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and possess excellent time management skills. A good sense of teamwork is also important, as the role involves working with other salon professionals. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, is expected.
