Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Gynaecologist to join our team in Bilaspur. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with varying levels of experience, from fresh graduates to those with up to three years of relevant work history.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Patient Consultations:** Conduct thorough assessments of female patients, discussing health concerns, medical history, and symptoms to diagnose conditions accurately.

- **Performing Medical Procedures:** Execute various gynecological procedures, including pelvic exams, Pap smears, and ultrasounds, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

- **Managing Pregnancy Care:** Oversee prenatal and postnatal care, providing guidance through pregnancy and ensuring both mother and baby are healthy.

- **Providing Treatment Plans:** Develop individualized treatment plans to address reproductive health issues, fertility concerns, or menstrual disorders.

- **Educating Patients:** Inform patients about reproductive health, preventive measures, and treatment options, fostering a supportive and informed healthcare environment.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess a Master’s degree or higher in Medicine, such as an MD or Post Graduate Diploma in Gynaecology. Strong communication skills and compassion are essential for effective patient interactions. A commitment to continuous learning and staying current with medical advancements in gynecology is expected. Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are also vital for this role.
