Job Description

We are looking for a Gynaecologist to join our team in Palnadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare for women, focusing on reproductive health. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Patient Consultations:** Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their medical history and current health issues, allowing for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

- **Examinations and Diagnoses:** Perform gynecological examinations, including Pap smears and pelvic exams, to monitor women's health and diagnose any conditions.

- **Treatment Plans:** Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for various gynecological issues, ensuring that patients receive appropriate care tailored to their needs.

- **Surgical Procedures:** If qualified, conduct necessary surgical procedures, such as laparoscopies or hysterectomies, to address complex health problems that cannot be treated through medication alone.

- **Patient Education:** Educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, and preventative care, helping them make informed decisions regarding their health.

- **Collaboration with Healthcare Staff:** Work closely with nurses and other medical professionals to provide seamless care and address any emerging patient needs.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A medical degree with specialization in obstetrics and gynecology is essential.

- Strong communication skills to convey medical information clearly and compassionately to patients.

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment.

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage multiple patients.
