Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate female Gynaecologist with 2 to 3 years of experience to provide top-quality healthcare to women in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have a Post Graduate degree in Gynaecology and a strong commitment to promoting women’s health.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Patient Assessments:** Conduct thorough exams and assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of gynaecological conditions, ensuring personalized care for each patient.

- **Treatment Plans:** Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patients’ medical history and current needs, ensuring all options are discussed clearly with patients.

- **Surgical Procedures:** Perform necessary surgical procedures, such as hysterectomies or laparoscopies, with precision and care while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

- **Health Education:** Provide education and counseling for preventative care and health maintenance, empowering women to take charge of their reproductive health.

- **Collaboration:** Work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, maintaining clear communication to enhance patient outcomes.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work well under pressure. A strong understanding of current medical standards and practices in gynaecology is essential. The gynaecologist should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to nurture a supportive environment for patients. Flexibility and commitment to continuous learning in the field are also ification MS/MD/DNB in OB/GYN Package is LPM .
