Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Telecaller to join our automobile dealership team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, scheduling service appointments, following up on customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to customers for vehicle servicing and maintenance reminders.

2. Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers.

3. Follow up with customers regarding service visits and pending appointments.

4. Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and promotional activities.

5. Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.

6. Coordinate with the service department to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.

7. Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

8. Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect feedback after vehicle servicing.

9. Achieve daily calling targets and appointment-generation goals.

10. Maintain professional communication and a customer-friendly approach.

Required Skills

Good verbal communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

Customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to handle customer calls confidently.

Basic knowledge of automobiles is an advantage.

Candidate Profile

12th Pass or Graduate.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with prior telecalling or customer service experience will have an added advantage.

Candidates should be comfortable making outbound calls.
