Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Experienced Gujarati Teacher with proven teaching experience to work with a wide age range of students — from young children(age 3+) to adult learners — in a dynamic online setting. The successful educator will have a strong command of both Gujarati or Hindi and English, including grammar and communication skills, and the ability to thoughtfully connect with learners growing up outside India, ensuring cultural alignment and sensitivity.

What We’re Looking For:

● Previous teaching experience is required.

● Must be fluent in Gujarati or Hindi and English, including spoken and written grammar in both languages.

● Ability to work with students raised abroad, with sensitivity to their backgrounds, communication styles, and cultural context.

● Confident using Zoom and basic online tools for teaching.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; warm and friendly personality.

● Organized, creative, and proactive in adapting curriculum to student needs.

● Passion for the Gujarati language and culture, and a strong desire to pass it on to the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate Gujarati language lessons to learners aged 3 to adults online.

● Adapt the provided curriculum and resources to suit the progress and learning needs of your assigned students by designing individualized lesson plans.

● Dynamically adapt your teaching style to suit different age groups, personalities, and learning levels.

● Support learners in developing skills in speaking, reading, and writing Gujarati or Hindi.

● Contribute to curriculum development, class materials, and assessments, and collaborate with the team to refine resources and teaching strategies.

● Track individual students’ progress and provide regular feedback by communicating effectively with admin teams.

● Foster a warm, inclusive learning environment that celebrates our culture.
