main responsibilities / job summary:

gre/sr. gre is responsible for the sales & operation of the outlet.

he/she ensures a warm welcome to all guest and provide an ever-lasting experience

he/she should be well verse about the product and should be able to do suggestive & upselling.

he/she should perform all the correct steps while taking orders and collate all the necessary statements.

he/she ensures proper service & ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

he/she maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the outlet.

he/she takes care of the accounting settlements, presents the cheque to the customer.

he/she also tracks the inventories of all the items on daily basis and getting the service stations replenished at all times.

required qualifications: - should be min 10+2 or graduate

nature of experience : preferable from retail / hospitality industry (pref. to be given to candidates from hotels)
