Main Responsibilities / Job Summary:

GRE/Sr. GRE is responsible for the Sales & Operation of the Outlet.

He/She ensures a warm welcome to all guest and provide an ever-lasting experience

He/She should be well verse about the Product and should be able to do suggestive & upselling.

He/She should perform all the correct steps while taking orders and collate all the necessary statements.

He/she ensures proper service & ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

He/She maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the Outlet.

He/She takes care of the accounting settlements, presents the cheque to the customer.

He/She also tracks the inventories of all the items on daily basis and getting the service stations replenished at all times.

Required Qualifications: - Should be min 10+2 or Graduate

Nature of Experience : Preferable from Retail / Hospitality industry (pref. to be given to candidates from Hotels)

Experience : 1 - 4 Years

Education : Higher Secondary, B.A, B.B.A, B.Com
