Group Company Secretary

(M. Tech. /M.E. with Strong Technical and Administrative experience of 15-18 years in heading a manufacturing plant with 500 - 800 manpower strength.
The kind of work a CEO will work on will typically involve:
Responsible for driving the business's vision, objectives and its general direction. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth. Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact. Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the companys legality and business ethics
Budgeting - Setting budgets. Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
Team Management - Hiring a team that will lead the business in the right direction. Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team
Work Environment - Create a motivating workplace for employees to work in
Structure and Performance - make the workplace an inviting place for high performers to feel comfortable in and grow
Hiring - be in charge of hiring and firing of staff
