Fresher hiring for Ground Staff

We are urgently hiring ground staff in Chennai. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience who have completed at least the 10th grade.

Responsibilities include air ticketing and assisting cabin crew during flights. You will support the ground operations by ensuring seamless check-in and managing passenger queries effectively. Additionally, maintenance of records and communication with passengers is expected to enhance their travel experience.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills and have a friendly demeanor. Basic problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented attitude will be vital in addressing passenger needs. The ability to work well in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments is essential.

This position requires working from the office in Chennai, with normal working hours from 10 AM to 6 PM. Candidates should be prepared for fieldwork as part of their operational duties. Familiarity with airlines or customer service can be beneficial. A mobile device may be needed for communication during work hours.
