we are looking for 30 airport representative posts in kolkata,paschim bardhaman,south 24 parganas,purba bardhaman,asansol,durgapur, with deep knowledge in good communication skills and required educational qualification is : higher secondary, secondary school, . an airport representative's job is to provide a welcoming experience for guests arriving at or departing from an airport:

greet guests: welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm atmosphere

assist with check-in: help with check-in procedures, security checks, and boarding processes

provide information: offer guidance and information about flight schedules, gate changes, baggage claim, and other relevant airport services

arrange transportation: handle guest arrival with pick up request, and arrange the transportation

assist with luggage: assist guests with luggage handling and escort them to transportation arrangements

liaise with airport personnel: work with airport personnel on lost luggage, special flight arrangements, and vip arrangements

resolve customer complaints: assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.

maintain relationships: maintain close relationship with all official sectors at the airport
