Key Responsibilities of Airport Ground Staff:

Passenger Service:

Assisting passengers with check-in procedures, issuing boarding passes and baggage tags, handling passenger inquiries, and providing flight information.

Baggage Handling:

Loading and unloading luggage and cargo, ensuring proper placement, and managing baggage conveyors.

Customer Service:

Addressing passenger inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information on flight delays and cancellations.

Safety and Security:

Conducting pre-flight safety checks, ensuring airport security regulations are followed, and monitoring security cameras.

Aviation Operations:

Coordinating flight schedules, communicating with pilots, and monitoring weather conditions.

Passenger Assistance:

Assisting passengers with special needs, including disabled passengers and those traveling with small children.

Other:

Selling tickets, taking reservations, and restocking aircraft with refreshments.
