Grinder Operator - Full Time

We are looking for a skilled Grinder Operator to join our team in Shivajinagar, Pune. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience and an . certification. The Grinder Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating grinding machines to produce precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Set Up Machines**: Prepare grinding machines by installing and adjusting tools as per specifications to ensure accurate operation.

2. **Operate Machinery**: Monitor and control the grinding process, making adjustments to ensure smooth and efficient production while maintaining high-quality standards.

3. **Inspect Workpieces**: Regularly check the dimensions and surface finish of parts with measuring instruments, ensuring they meet design specifications.

4. **Troubleshoot Issues**: Identify and resolve any equipment malfunctions or defects during the grinding process to minimize downtime.

5. **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized, following safety and maintenance guidelines.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. A solid understanding of grinding techniques and machine operation is essential. The ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately is necessary. Applicants must be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
