Job description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer who possesses the ability to produce visually captivating designs and compelling video content to effectively convey messages, enhance brand identities, and engage the target audience. As a Graphic Designer, you will be tasked to conceptualize, design, and edit graphics and videos across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for diverse projects including logos, branding materials, social media graphics, and website elements.

- Utilize industry-standard graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs effectively.

- Conduct research to stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis for inspiration.

- Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and enhance designs by using appropriate colors and layouts.

- Edit video footage to produce visually engaging videos for platforms like YouTube and social media channels.

- Understand the narrative and objectives of video content to create compelling storytelling through effective sequencing and editing techniques.

- Edit and mix audio elements to ensure high-quality audio for video projects.

- Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to finalize designs.

- Capture video footage using a camera when necessary.

- Ensure that final graphics and layouts align with the brand's visual identity.

- Conduct competitive analysis to create content in line with current market trends.

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a graphic designer and video editor or similar roles.

- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design projects.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques.

- Creative thinking skills to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos.

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to adapt, receive feedback, and make revisions as needed.

- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing is a plus.

This is a full-time, permanent position with day shifts and weekend availability.

Salary: As per industry standards within 35,000 to 40,000 per month.
