what you will do
design visual content for digital campaigns including social media posts, ads, emails, influencer creatives, and more.
create packaging and branded collateral aligned with qurists identity and compliance requirements.
collaborate with the marketing team on assets for instagram reels, youtube thumbnails, and motion-led creatives.
translate campaign ideas into effective visual stories that drive engagement and performance.
design website banners, infographics, and visuals for product launches and ongoing optimizations.
maintain consistency across all brand visuals while continuously elevating design quality.
manage multiple design requests and deadlines with clear communication and ownership.
what we are looking for
2 - 4 years of graphic design experience (brand or agency).
strong portfolio showing creative range across digital, print, and brand assets.
proficiency in adobe suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign); figma is a plus.
solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
a proactive approach to problem-solving, feedback, and working independently.
motion or video editing skills (after effects, canva pro, etc.).
experience in wellness, healthcare, or d2c brands is great to have but not a must.
