We are currently seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual communication and possess a strong understanding of design principles, trends, and technologies. This role requires the ability to conceptualise and execute visually compelling designs across various mediums.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative and innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects, including marketing materials, websites, social media, and print collateral.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, and translate these into impactful visual designs.

Utilize industry-standard software to create and edit images, graphics, and other design elements, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into the design process to ensure the continuous enhancement of visual content.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work that aligns with the company's branding and messaging.

Work closely with the printing team to ensure that all print materials meet quality standards and are produced accurately and on time.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all design elements and marketing materials.

Provide guidance and support to junior design team members, offering constructive feedback and fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
