The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-impact campaign creatives and engaging short-form video content (Reels) aligned with digital marketing strategies. The role requires strong creative thinking, hands-on design expertise, and an understanding of current social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop campaign creatives for social media and digital platforms
Create engaging short-form video content (Reels) for brand promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign concepts and execution
Ensure creatives are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Stay updated with latest digital trends and audience engagement strategies
Optimize creatives for better reach, engagement, and performance
Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media creatives
Hands-on experience in Reels / short-form video creation (portfolio mandatory)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and audience behavior
Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
