Your Key Responsibilities

Design Creation: Develop creative visual concepts for social media, websites, brochures, posters, and advertisements.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.

Client & Team Collaboration: Understand project requirements, collaborate with marketing and content teams, and implement feedback effectively.

Editing & Revisions: Modify and refine designs based on team or client feedback while meeting deadlines.

File Preparation: Prepare final design files for print, digital, or web use in the correct formats and specifications.

Innovation: Generate new ideas to enhance campaigns and improve visual storytelling.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong creativity, typography, and color theory knowledge

Attention to detail and visual aesthetics

Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in UI/UX, video editing, or motion graphics is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Portfolio showcasing previous design work
