BDS Freshers For GNM Nurse

We are looking for a GNM Nurse to join our team in Chennai. This full-time position is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to one year of experience. The nurse will play a crucial role in patient care and will be expected to work from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Assessment: Conduct initial assessments of patients to determine their medical needs. This includes checking vital signs and collecting health histories.

- Administer Medications: Ensure that patients receive their prescribed medications on time and monitor for any side effects.

- Wound Care: Provide care for wounds, including cleaning and dressing injuries to promote healing.

- Assist in Procedures: Support doctors during medical procedures by preparing the necessary instruments and assisting as needed.

- Patient Education: Inform patients and their families about health issues, treatment plans, and follow-up care to enhance understanding and compliance.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to ensure continuity of care.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or equivalent qualifications. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and their families. Attention to detail is crucial for accurate record-keeping and medication administration. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, empathetic, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Basic computer skills will be an advantage for managing patient records.
