Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Surgeon to join our medical team in Vaniyambadi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various surgical procedures, diagnosing medical conditions, and providing high-quality patient care.

- **Conduct Surgical Procedures**: Perform a wide range of surgeries including emergency and elective operations, ensuring a high standard of care and safety for patients.

- **Diagnose Patients**: Evaluate patient histories, conduct physical exams, and order necessary tests to diagnose medical conditions accurately.

- **Patient Consultation**: Meet with patients to discuss their surgical options, explain procedures, and address any concerns they may have, helping to build trust and understanding.

- **Post-Operative Care**: Monitor patients after surgery, manage their recovery process, and provide follow-up care as needed to ensure optimal healing.

- **Collaborate with Medical Staff**: Work closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare providers, fostering a team environment to deliver comprehensive treatment.

- **Maintain Medical Records**: Keep detailed and accurate patient records, documenting procedures and patient progress to ensure continuity of care.

Candidates should have a medical degree with a residency in general surgery. New graduates or those with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with patients and colleagues. A commitment to patient care, alongside a willingness to learn and adapt, is expected for this role.
