Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Surgeon to join our healthcare team in Mandi, India. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience who have completed their post-graduate education.

In this role, you will perform a variety of surgical procedures and provide high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:

**Conducting Surgeries:** You will perform surgical operations to treat injuries, diseases, and deformities under safe and sterile conditions.

- **Patient Evaluation:** You will assess patients, review medical histories, conduct physical examinations, and determine the best surgical intervention for their conditions.

**Postoperative Care:** You will monitor patients after surgery, ensuring their recovery is progressing properly and addressing any complications that arise.

- **Collaboration:** You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and specialists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent surgical skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
