Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Surgeon to join our medical team in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience who have completed their post-graduate education in surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Surgical Procedures: You will conduct various surgeries on patients, including emergency and elective surgeries, ensuring high standards of care and safety.

- Pre-operative and Post-operative Care: You will assess patients before surgery and monitor their recovery after procedures, ensuring they receive proper care and guidance throughout their surgical journey.

- Collaborate with Medical Staff: You will work closely with nurses, anesthetists, and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and to ensure smooth surgical operations.

- Maintain Patient Records: You will document all patient interactions, surgical procedures, and outcomes accurately to maintain clear medical records.

- Participate in On-call Duties: You will be required to be available for emergencies and provide surgical support during off-hours as needed.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess excellent surgical skills and a sound understanding of surgical techniques. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information to patients and collaborating with team members. A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within the field of surgery is expected. Qualification MS/DNB in General Surgery Package is LPM Negotiable .
