Job Description

We are looking for a talented and compassionate General Physician to join our team in Patiala. This part-time position is suitable for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. As a General Physician, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Conduct Patient Consultations**: Meet with patients to review their medical history, symptoms, and concerns, ensuring a thorough understanding of their health issues.

- **Perform Diagnoses**: Use clinical judgment and medical knowledge to diagnose various medical conditions, determining the best course of action for each patient.

- **Develop Treatment Plans**: Design personalized treatment plans based on the evaluations made, considering the patient's overall health and preferences.

- **Prescribe Medications**: Issue appropriate prescriptions for medications and explain their usage, side effects, and expected outcomes to patients.

- **Maintain Medical Records**: Keep accurate and updated records of patient interactions, treatments administered, and progress for continuity of care.

- **Educate Patients**: Provide guidance on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management to empower patients in taking charge of their health.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong medical background, preferably holding an MD in Medicine. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients and other healthcare professionals. You should be compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality patient care. Working collaboratively with a team and managing time efficiently in a part-time setting are also important for the role.
