- Provide patient care: Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, and other activities of daily living to ensure their comfort and well-being.
- Communicate with healthcare team: Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, share information, and update treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families: Explain medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to patients and their families to promote understanding and encourage compliance with healthcare recommendations.
Required skills and expectations:
- Diploma in Nursing: Must have a valid nursing diploma or equivalent qualification to practice as a nurse in the United Arab Emirates.
- Registered Nurse license: Should hold a valid RN license and be in good standing with the UAE nursing regulatory body.
- Previous nursing experience: Ideally, candidates should have at least 1-6 years of experience in general nursing to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
- Strong communication skills: Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members effectively.
- Attention to detail: Should pay close attention to detail to accurately administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient information.
