AI / GenAI Engineer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced GenAI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have between 8 to 12 years of experience in artificial intelligence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop AI Models:** Design, implement, and optimize AI models to solve complex problems and improve business processes.

- **Data Analysis:** Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that can drive decision-making and improve model performance.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, share progress, and align AI projects with business goals.

- **Performance Monitoring:** Continuously monitor AI models and algorithms to ensure effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to enhance performance.

- **Research:** Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and machine learning, applying new methods and technologies to current projects for innovation.

- **Documentation:** Create and maintain thorough documentation of models, algorithms, and processes to ensure clarity and reproducibility.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, as well as proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java. Experience in data manipulation tools like SQL and familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is essential.
