Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Gardener to join our growing team at Srushti Gardening Services. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining gardens, plants, and landscapes at residential and commercial sites.

Responsibilities:

Planting, watering, pruning, and maintaining plants and lawns

Applying fertilizers and pest control treatments as guided

Maintaining garden cleanliness and appearance

Handling basic gardening tools and equipment

Reporting plant health issues to the supervisor

Following company gardening standards and schedules

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of plants and gardening

Physically fit and willing to work on site

Honest, punctual, and responsible

Prior gardening experience preferred (freshers can apply)

Salary: As per experience

Working Days: 6 days a week
