salary: tax free 3000 - maximum 4000 usd per month (depending on experience)

+ single accommodation free of charge

about the hotel: luxury boutique 4* hotel with 17 rooms

requirements:

- must be specialized in african and asian fusion gastronomy;

- 5+ years experience in luxury hotels

- 8 working hours per day plus 1 hour break time, 2 days off per week, the overtime is converted to an extra day off. no overtime paid

provided:

- single accommodation is provided (located as next door building)

- company transport is provided

- visa and joining air tickets are provided by the company free of charge

- free wi-fi in the accommodation

- local medical insurance with 100% coverage

- vacation ticket yearly abidjan-home country-abidjan provided by the company

- 25 calendar days paid vacations yearly

- 3 times duty meals

orientation:

african fusion: african/asian (preference)

create a menu fusion.

african ingredients of way of cooking with asian, european, of cross african styles.

example:

1) an african dish prepared in an asian style (india/thai/etc)

2) ethiopia spices and west africa (cross africa mix style)

3) an africa dish prepared or presented in european style
