supervise and direct quality control activities to determine product conformity to customer specification through effective inspection and test in accordance with the project quality plan / inspection test plan

job responsibilities

• check material and product in progress

• identify non-conformity and take appropriate action to control / prevent them in different manufacturing stages.

• conducts surveillances as applicable to verify the product follows project requirements and procedures

• issue quality assurance certificate.

• send finished product to showroom

• plan, execute and monitor quality of the furniture

• maximise the profitability of the company by enhancing product quality

• ensure that the product undergoes stringent quality testing before reaching the customer

• knowledge of materials .

• movement of furniture.

• checking knowledge.

• produce timely reports and documentation of qc in production process

• prepare documentation of internal quality control audits and quality checks

• identify training requirements to improve production quality

• provide training to production engineers and assembly line staff to enhance the quality of product

• read customer complaints and feedback to identify areas of improvement

• knowledge of quality furniture material like : wood , uphostry, metal ,stone etc.
