• gather product fabrication, installation and assembly requirement from client/ project site

• study product design and specifications in sketches, drawings, or plans to determine dimensions and optimum quantity of materials required.

• measure and mark materials for cutting, thermoforming shaping or alterations as per designs specifications.

• use hand tools, machines, or power saws to fabricate, maintain, and repair a variety of products and furniture items.

• assemble and fasten materials to make products and furniture, frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, angular jigs, dowel pins, or glue.

• inspect and conduct stringent quality checks to identify defects before handover over to painting and polishing section.

• repair and rework damaged or defective parts or sections of products/ furniture. document repairs and maintain thorough records

• move necessary materials around jobsite as assigned

• for projects, perform install and assembly of fabricated products at client site as per plans/designs

• regular maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe operating condition

• perform work in accordance with and follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
