Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of carpentry tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and materials required.

Measure and cut wood, drywall, and other materials as per project specifications.

Install doors, windows, stairs, and other structures.

Build frameworks, cabinets, and other wooden structures.

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Repair and maintain wooden structures and fixtures.

Ensure all work is done to code and safety standards.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Communicate with clients and team members to ensure smooth project completion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools.

Ability to read and understand blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.

Good physical condition and stamina.

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship or technical training in carpentry is a plus.
