Lead Java Backend Developer:

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite from day1)

Interview Process: 2 Video Interviews

Key Skills: Java , JPA (Hibernate), SQL (maintenance of existing creation scripts etc., for MariaDB and Oracle DB), Maven, Subversion, Git

General requirements

1. Adherence to common Best Practices and Conventions, both of which may or may not be Java standards (project standards always take precedence).

2. Knowledge and usage of common design and developments patterns

3. Knowledge and usage of common helper libraries

4. Overall recommendation: Min. 3-5 years of experience in Java 8+ development

5. Experience in JPA (Hibernate)

6. Experience in SQL (maintenance of existing creation scripts etc., for MariaDB and Oracle DB)

7. Experience in JUnit

8. Experience with Maven

9. VCS: Subversion, Git

Good to have

1. Basic understanding of CORBA (for most applications)

2. Basic understanding of JMS / ActiveMQ / RabbitMQ (for most applications)

3. Experience with Gradle

Responsibilities

1. Collaborating with the software development team on application design and development.

2. Optimizing software by performing maintenance, updates, and upgrades.

3. Documenting processes and maintaining software development records.

4. Keeping up to date with Java standards and advancements in application devel-opment.
