about the opportunity

we are hiring java developers for a us-based property & casualty (p&c) insurance software provider. this is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team, gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and implement innovative solutions for global clients.

key responsibilities:

design, develop, test, and enhance complex enterprise applications using java 17, j2ee, struts , spring , and hibernate frameworks on tomcat web container.

develop dynamic jsp pages with struts tags, xml, html, bootstrap, and javascript.

implement hibernate orm for optimized database interactions.

write unit test cases using junit.

perform client-side validation (javascript) and server-side validation (action forms).

use ajax/jquery for asynchronous web communication.

collaborate closely with the team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

exposure to selenium/automated testing tools is a plus.

desired candidate profile:

experience:

o at least 2+ years of experience as a full-stack java developer.

technical skills:

core java

hibernate

jsp

spring

strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly. javascript jstl

educational qualification:

o be//ms/ in computer science, electronics, or related field.

o candidates from premium institutes (iits/nits or equivalent) are highly preferred.
