duties and responsibilities:

- execute full website development life cycle

- work with a team to design and develop websites

- produce clean code based on specifications

- 3rd party api integrations

- website and landing page seo optimization

- site speed optimization

- troubleshooting and debugging as well as technical and analytical problem-solving skills · database

management

- web/aws hosting management

- ability to customize wordpress themes and plugins

- hands on development on modx platform and multilingual site

- proper documentation of the development

- working in a highly collaborative environment.

candidate profile:

- bachelor’s degree or high-level of combination of education and experience

- degree in computer science or computer engineering preferred

- minimum 5 year work experience as web developer, both front-end and back-end

- proven experience working with wordpress, modx,html,css, javascript, ajax, php/laravel and saas

- good knowledge of mysql/rds

- familiarity with any of the modern javascript frameworks (jquery, angular)

- version control (git) and jira usage experience

- experience developing responsive websites

- fluency in english, both oral and written

- strong decision making skills, ability to work under pressure and manage the team

- it will be considered an advantage to have knowledge experience with: ubuntu/linux,ssh/shell scripting,

reverse proxy usage and nginx/apache configuration.
