Full Stack Lead Developer

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in full-stack development

A bachelor’s degree or higher in related field to computer science, or equivalent professional experience in team environments

Experience leading development teams in person and remote

Deep expertise in front-end web technologies and Javascript frameworks, preferably: React, Redux, , Node.

Deep expertise utilizing the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) stack on technical, customer-facing projects

DevOps knowledge cloud infrastructure chops using services like AWS

Knowledge of infrastructure testing, configuration, and deployment

Kubernetes development and administration experience

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Self-driven desire to continuously learn new technologies and skills

Pipeline creation and management

Utilize strong testing practices including writing automated tests and pushing test-driven development (TDD)

Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker

Experience working with geographically distributed teams
