· be/ graduate in electronics/computer science with 10+ years of relevant experience including a minimum of 10 years in program management in it services in the telecom sector. experience in network it would be an added advantage.

· experience in full-stack technologies (java, springboot, microservices, angular/react js, node js,postgres), aws/ms cloud migration, collaboration tools, dev ops and automated testing is essential

· accelerate customer business transformation by leveraging customer needs and technical innovations

· able to establish standard development practices and processes. involvement in project planning -forecast, monitor, and review all project aspects along with costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.

· optimize customer releases based on user experience program

· able to motivate team player with ability to work under minimal supervision following servant- leadership model.

· easily grasp the new technologies and updated as well.

· deep knowledge of the web application development ecosystem, tooling, methodologies, and best practices.

· understanding of java application stacks and javascript frameworks.

hands-on in scrum methodology (sprint planning, execution and retrospection)
