· BE/ Graduate in Electronics/Computer Science with 10+ years of relevant experience including a minimum of 10 years in Program management in IT services in the Telecom Sector. Experience in Network IT would be an added advantage.

· Experience in Full-Stack technologies (Java, Springboot, Microservices, Angular/React JS, Node JS,Postgres), AWS/MS Cloud migration, Collaboration Tools, Dev Ops and Automated Testing is essential

· Accelerate customer Business Transformation by leveraging customer needs and technical Innovations

· Able to establish standard development practices and processes. Involvement in project planning -forecast, monitor, and review all project aspects along with costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.

· Optimize customer releases based on user experience program

· Able to Motivate team player with ability to work under minimal supervision following Servant- Leadership Model.

· Easily grasp the new technologies and updated as well.

· Deep knowledge of the web application development ecosystem, tooling, methodologies, and best practices.

· Understanding of Java application stacks and JavaScript frameworks.

Hands-on in scrum methodology (Sprint planning, execution and retrospection)
