Hiring For Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, allowing them to create complete web applications seamlessly.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop Front-End Components:** Design and build the user-facing features of our web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. This requires ensuring that the application is responsive and user-friendly.

- **Implement Back-End Services:** Create and maintain server-side applications and databases. You will be responsible for writing APIs and ensuring that data flows smoothly between the server and client.

- **Collaborate with Designers and Product Managers:** Work closely with the design and product teams to understand project requirements, ensuring the final product meets design specifications and user needs.

- **Optimize Application for Performance:** Analyze and improve application performance. This involves debugging and troubleshooting issues to enhance user experience.

- **Ensure Code Quality:** Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards. This will help maintain the overall quality of our software.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in frameworks like React or Angular.

- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as , Express, or similar frameworks, and experience with databases like MongoDB or SQL.

- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
