Job description

1.Understand the project requirements by discussing in detail with the cli2.Testing and improving the design of the website .

3.Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.

4.Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for the clients.

5.Communicating design ideas using user flows ,process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

6.Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.

7.Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.

8.Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure

9.able to handle employees as team lead

They should have ability to work on web portals.

Web Designer & Developer Requirements:-

Graduation is mandatory

Front- End Development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap JavaScript, JQuery,

Backend:-PHP Frameworks Laravel.

Good Knowledge of Core PHP.

Have knowledge of APIs and Third-Party Integration.

Familiar with Composer & NPM.

Other Skills Required:-

Excellent verbal and written communication

Decision making: Ability to analyze , integrate, evaluate, and make decisions.

Time Management:- Completes work in a timely manner to meet production deadlines.

Organizational skills: Ability to establish priorities for projects to meet goals and flexibility to support customers.

Note:-We need candidates who are having hands on experience in Front End & Backend Development(Mandatory)

Excellent visual design skills.

Up to date experience with international web protocols, standards.
